Toronto's summer basketball camp and basketball coaching.

Gerry Barker's North Toronto Basketball Camp has been in existence for the past 12 years. The basketball camp originated at Victoria Park Secondary School and moved to Northern Secondary School and North Toronto Collegiate in 1998. Northern Secondary School provides the camp with great facilities, a large double gym and 2 single gyms. At our basketball camp, we take pride in the fact that through hard work and perfect practice, our campers will improve significantly. Gerry Barker's North Toronto Basketball stresses fundamentals, individual skill development as well as team play. Our camp motto is work hard, be positive but above all have fun.

Our counselors are one of the keys to our basketball camp; they are knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Their job is to ensure that each camper participates equally and works hard during drills and games. They also treat each camper in a positive manner and the campers also treat each other positively.

A number of our campers have gone on to play basketball at the university level, Simone Farine and Elspeth Cheng at Dalhousie, Ben Katz and Fiona Cheng at McMaster, Brittany MacDonald Western, J R Bailey Guelph, Cam Eby Queens Maddie Stephen Ottawa.

Our North Toronto Basketball Camp has a long tradition of excellence. We pride ourselves on ensuring that every basketball camper improves and has fun while working hard.
